Beta terms

Last changed: 15 October 2026

• MacSplat 1.1.0 is a free beta, provided as is, without any warranty.
• It may crash or lose work. Keep your photos, and copies of the models you care about.
• You are responsible for having the rights to what you capture and reconstruct.
• The app sends no personal data; it only checks for new versions, which reveals your IP address and the app's version like any web request (see Privacy).
• These terms may change with later versions.
• Questions: support@macsplat.com.
